How a Bhutan Vineyard Simplified Installation with 1×50m Ready-to-Use Woven Film

These photos were sent to us by a vineyard customer in Bhutan after they completed the first stage of installation.
The farm used 1×50m woven film rolls that we prepared with stitched hems and metal eyelets. Their vineyard rows were arranged in long straight sections, so they asked for each roll to match the working length as closely as possible.
According to the customer, one reason for choosing this format was to reduce work in the field.
In earlier projects, they had used larger sheets that required cutting and hole-making on-site. That slowed down installation because every section had to be measured again before fixing.
This time, the rolls arrived ready to use.
During installation, two workers lifted the roll across the frame while another fixed the eyelet points to the wire structure. Since the holes were already reinforced, they could secure the material immediately without extra tools.
The customer said this made a noticeable difference, especially when repeating the process across multiple rows.
They also pointed out that the stitched edge felt stronger when tension was applied.
In mountain areas like their region, afternoon wind can be stronger than expected, so edge durability was one of their concerns before ordering.
After several days of use, they shared that the covering remained stable and the roll width fit their grape structure well.
For them, the main advantage was not only the material itself, but the fact that the product arrived in a form that matched their working method.
From our side, this project was a reminder that small finishing details often matter as much as the base material.
When the product is prepared around real field conditions, installation becomes simpler and long-term use becomes more reliable.
