Australia Orchard Rain Cover Project – HDPE Woven Sheet with Black Webbing, Fully Pre-Assembled for Easy Install



This rain cover uses HDPE woven sheet, not soft film type. This one is stronger, more like heavy duty sheet. Not easy to tear, can stay outside for a long time. With UV added, under strong sun it still works fine, not easy to become brittle.
Each panel is 2 meter width. Customer uses two panels together. In the middle, we don’t just put them together loosely. We use black webbing to connect. Spacing between fixing points is around 5 cm. So when wind comes, the force is spread out, not focused on one point, so it’s not easy to break.
Around all edges, we also use black webbing for wrapping. This is something Australia customers really like. They prefer this style, looks stronger and also more durable in real use. If only cut edge, after some time it will start to break. With webbing, the edge holds much better.
About the service part, this order follows the customer’s installation way. Before shipment, we already fix elastic rope and C hooks in position. We don’t send loose accessories. Everything is already matched and installed.
So when customer receives the goods, no need workers to do threading or fixing again. Just hang on the structure and start using.
For Australia market, labor is expensive. Even small installation work costs a lot. So we try to finish these small but time-consuming jobs in the factory. It helps customer save cost, and also avoid wrong installation on site.
