Chile Customer Visited Fengcheng Plastic Industry to Check LDPE Blown Film Production and Start Cooperation

On January 22, 2022, one customer from Chile came to Fengcheng Plastic Industry for factory visit and product checking.

During the visit, our staff showed customer around the LDPE blown film workshop. Customer watched the full production process from raw material feeding, film blowing, to film rolling. Customer also asked about film thickness, strength, transparency and other product details.

After that, customer checked the quality of blown greenhouse film. We showed different greenhouse film samples and introduced how the products are used for greenhouse planting. Customer carefully checked the film surface, transparency and toughness, and showed strong interest in the products.

Customer also checked mulch film products during the visit. We introduced different thickness and different types according to local agriculture use. Customer said there is good demand for agriculture covering products in Chile market, and he hoped to find one stable supplier for long-term cooperation.

Besides finished products, customer also checked the raw material used for blown film production. Our staff introduced the raw material quality standard and production requirements. Customer believed stable raw material quality is very important for final products, and he was satisfied with our material quality control.

After the factory visit and communication, customer got better understanding of Fengcheng Plastic Industry production ability and product quality. Both sides then discussed future business cooperation and finally reached cooperation successfully.
