Professional Manufacturing & Custom Solutions
We produce transparent woven tarpaulins using automated in-house production, covering weaving, coating, lamination and finishing, with flexible OEM and ODM customization to meet different application requirements.
Raw Material Feeding
HDPE resin is used as the main material, with UV additives added as required. Color masterbatch can be added if color is needed.
Yarn Extrusion and Stretching
The material is melted and stretched into flat yarns. Yarn size can be adjusted according to product requirements.
Fabric Weaving
The flat yarns are woven into base fabric. Fabric width and weaving density can be customized.
Coating and Lamination
The fabric is coated on both sides using LDPE film to improve waterproof performance and strength.
Rolling and Packing
The finished material is rolled into coils. Packing methods can be customized.
Further Processing and Custom Products
The woven tarpaulin can be further processed into finished products based on customer needs.
