HDPE Woven Rain Cover Order Loaded for Chile Cherry Orchard

Workers finished loading another container at our factory this week.
Most of the space inside the container was filled with HDPE woven rain covers. The order also included boxes of C hooks and elastic ball bungees that will be used during installation.
The goods are going to Chile. The customer grows cherries and needed covers for a large orchard. Before production started, there were several discussions about the orchard layout and the distance between tree rows.
Based on the information provided by the customer, Judy suggested using 1.5m × 75m rain covers. This size matched the orchard structure and was easier for the customer to use in the field.
The customer selected two different weights, 150gsm and 170gsm. Both were packed in the same shipment. After production was finished, the goods were moved into the warehouse and prepared for loading.
Rain cover projects are often different from one orchard to another. Some growers focus more on cover width, while others pay more attention to installation parts and fixing methods. Because of this, the discussions before production are usually just as important as the products themselves.
In addition to standard woven rain covers, we also produce black reinforced strip rain covers, dense-edge rain covers and black-white rain covers. Different options can be made according to different orchard requirements.
The container has left our factory and is now on its way to Chile.
