Full Container of Sheet Packed Woven Greenhouse Film Shipped to Portugal

Another container was loaded in our warehouse this week.
The customer from Portugal ordered woven greenhouse film in standard sheet sizes. Each piece is 2.2 meters wide and 12 meters long. Every 5 pieces are packed into one bundle, then stacked on pallets for loading.
Compared with large rolls, this kind of packing is easier for local sales. Dealers can move the bundles directly into storage, and farmers can carry them to the field without special equipment.
During loading, the bundles were arranged according to the container space. The goods filled the container from front to back. After loading was finished, the container was sealed and moved to the port.
The film is made with HDPE woven material and UV treatment. A reinforced woven layer is added to make the material stronger during installation and daily use in the field.
This customer mainly supplies local agricultural dealers. Some of the products will be sold for grape growing projects, while others will be used for strawberry tunnels and small greenhouse structures.
The 2.2m width is a common size requested by this customer. They usually keep stock in their warehouse and supply growers according to seasonal demand. This shipment is part of their regular replenishment plan for the coming planting season.
Now the goods are on the way to Portugal. We look forward to seeing the products used in more local farms and greenhouse projects in the near future.
