Chile Customer Visited Fengcheng Plastic Industry for HDPE Tarpaulin and Orchard Rain Shelter Cooperation

After arriving, customer first checked the 200 micron transparent woven film carefully. He used hand to feel the material and checked weaving density, transparency and lamination condition directly. For the 170g blue silver tarpaulin, he paid more attention to material thickness, waterproof surface and finished weight because these products will be used outside for long time.
 

Later we walked together through tarpaulin production workshop. Customer watched the whole process from yarn making, circular weaving, coating and rewinding. During visiting he asked some details about UV treatment, roll length and material strength. He also stopped several times to take photos of machines and finished rolls.

After production workshop, customer went to packing area and checked how workers pack tarpaulin rolls before shipment. Then we continued to rain cover processing workshop because customer was also interested in orchard covering products.

Inside workshop, we showed different orchard rain cover styles we are producing now. Including normal rain cover, dense woven edge rain cover and black woven band rain cover. Some projects use rectangle type structure, while some orchards prefer parallelogram shape according to planting rows and installation direction.

During discussion customer mentioned that cherry planting area in Chile also has demand for rain protection products. We talked about how woven rain cover can help reduce rain damage and fruit cracking problem during growing season. Customer checked reinforced edge, sewing part and eyelet processing quite carefully and discussed some installation ideas with us on site.

After finishing the factory visit, customer felt satisfied with product quality and workshop condition. Before leaving, both sides confirmed the next cooperation details and also discussed more possible products for future cooperation.
