Chile Customer Ordered Rain Covers and Woven Greenhouse Film

The products are for local retail sale. The customer buys different sizes each time because growers usually ask for different specifications.

This shipment includes orchard rain covers and woven greenhouse film.

For the rain covers, some pieces are 3m × 5m, some are 3m × 10m, and there are several other sizes as well. Everything was packed as finished pieces instead of large rolls.

There were many labels to check during packing. Some cartons looked almost the same, but the sizes inside were different, so the warehouse checked them one by one before loading.

The customer mainly sells to fruit growers. Cherry projects are one of the main applications. Some products may also be used in grape growing areas.

The greenhouse film was packed together in the same container. Different widths and lengths were requested. Not every customer wants the same specification, especially when the products are sold through local stores.

One thing we often discuss with this customer is customization. Sometimes they send an existing size. Sometimes they ask whether a new size can be made. If needed, we can prepare drawings before production and adjust the details together.

Rain covers can be made in different styles. Woven greenhouse film can also be produced in different colors, weights and sizes. Many products we make today started from a customer's idea and then changed several times before the final version.

The container was loaded after all packages were checked. Now the goods are on the way to Chile.
