4,000 Black and White Silage Bags Ready for Canada

There are 4,000 bags in this order. Each bag is 51 × 95 cm, with 200 micron thickness. The total weight is about 738 kg. After packing, the goods take around 1 CBM.

The customer asked for black and white bags. The white part is on the outside and the black part is on the inside. This type of bag is commonly used for silage. The white surface can reflect sunlight, while the black side keeps the inside dark.

We made the bags with 200 micron film. The film is quite thick, so the bags have good strength when they are filled, moved and stored. For silage bags, the film needs to be strong enough because a small hole can let air into the bag.

After the bags were finished, our workers checked the goods and put them together for packing. All 4,000 bags were loaded onto one wooden pallet.

The final packing size was about 1 CBM. The pallet also makes the goods easier to move by forklift during loading and unloading.

This order is now ready to leave for Canada.
