Chile has strong wind in many farming areas. There are also hail events and big temperature changes between day and night. In this kind of weather, normal film can get damaged easily, especially when branches move and hit the cover.
The customer found us from our website and asked for a stronger film, mainly for tear resistance and hail protection.
We recommended HDPE woven greenhouse film. After communication, the final customized size is 6m × 20m.
This size is not random. 6m width matches local orchard frame structure, and workers do not need to cut it again on site. 20m length is easier for handling and also fits loading and field work.
Inspection done before loading, no shortcuts
We use virgin HDPE material and UV additive in production. Before shipment, our QC team checked this batch again.
We check tensile strength, puncture resistance, thickness, and weight for selected rolls. All results are recorded.
We always keep the same rule: real thickness, real weight, no false spec.
For packing, we use strong woven bags. Because sea transport to Chile takes time and the goods face humidity and shaking, we make sure each roll is well protected.
One shipment, mixed loading to save cost
This Chile customer also ordered weed control fabric and anti-hail net from us.
We arranged all items together and loaded them into one 40HQ container. This helps reduce shipping cost and also makes sourcing easier for the customer.
