February 16, 2025 Shipment of Ready-Cut Greenhouse Woven Film for Nigeria
2025-02-17

The products in this shipment were different from our regular roll-packed greenhouse film. The customer asked for all material to be cut into finished sheets before delivery. When loading started, rows of white packed bundles were already prepared in the warehouse, waiting beside the container.
The order came from a customer who supplies agricultural materials to local growers in Nigeria. During previous cooperation, they found that many farmers preferred ready-to-use products. Large rolls often need extra labor for cutting and handling after arrival. Because of this, the customer chose finished sheets for this shipment.
Several workers spent days cutting, folding and packing the material before loading day. After packaging, each bundle was marked with product information so it could be identified quickly after unloading. As more packages were completed, one side of the warehouse gradually filled up with stacked bundles waiting for shipment.
Loading began in the morning. Forklifts moved the goods to the container while workers arranged them by hand inside. Since all packages had the same shape, the loading process was more organized than many mixed-product shipments. By noon, the container was nearly full.
After the final quantity check, the container doors were closed and sealed. The truck left the factory later that afternoon and headed for the port.
According to the customer, these greenhouse woven films will be supplied to vegetable growing areas and small greenhouse projects in different parts of Nigeria. The demand for ready-cut materials has increased over the past few years because growers want products that can be installed with less work on site.
Looking back at this shipment, what stands out is not the container size or the quantity loaded. It is the way the products were prepared. More customers are paying attention to convenience and labor savings, and this order reflects that change very clearly.
