40HQ of Greenhouse Woven Film Loaded for Chile

November 28 was a busy loading day in our warehouse.
When I walked into the packing area in the morning, the first thing I noticed was how much space the film rolls were taking up. Almost the entire side of the warehouse was filled with them. One row, then another row behind it. All wrapped and ready.
This shipment is going to Chile.
The customer ordered transparent greenhouse woven film in 10m × 50m rolls. Nothing complicated about the order. One product, one specification, one container.
Sometimes mixed orders take longer because different products have to be counted and separated. This one was easier. The rolls came out of production, were wrapped, labeled and moved directly to the loading area.
The container arrived before noon.
A few workers were already waiting beside the warehouse door. The rolls started moving one after another. For the first hour, the container still looked empty. Then suddenly it didn't. Once a few rows were in place, the space disappeared quickly.
One thing I always find interesting is that a full container never looks very big from the outside. But when you stand inside during loading, it feels completely different. Roll after roll goes in, and before long there is only a narrow path left to walk through.
The customer will use this material for orchard projects in Chile. Most of the film is expected to be installed in grape and cherry growing areas.
By late afternoon the loading work was finished. The warehouse became quiet again. The container doors were closed, the seal was put on, and the truck left for the port.
Now the photos are saved, the paperwork is done, and the container is on its way. A few weeks from now these rolls will be unloaded in Chile, but on November 28 they were still sitting here in our warehouse.
