400 Rolls of Weed Mat Arrived at a Tree Nursery in the USA

This order was for a tree nursery project. They bought 400 rolls of our black woven weed mat, 100g/m², size 3.1m × 91.5m.

When the truck arrived, the rolls were unloaded and placed beside the planting area. Before laying the weed mat, the customer checked the packing first. Everything looked good, so they started getting ready for the installation.

At the beginning, the customer told us the planting area was very large. They did not want to use many small rolls because too many joints would slow down the work. They also wanted the weed mat to be strong enough to stay on the ground for a long time.

After talking with them, we suggested the 3.1m wide size. It covers more ground with one roll, so workers do not need to make as many overlaps. This makes the laying work faster, especially in a large nursery.

The 100g woven weed mat also blocks sunlight well, so weeds are harder to grow. At the same time, rainwater can still go through the fabric, so the soil does not stay full of water after rain.

This shipment spent several weeks on the sea before arriving in the USA. The customer sent us photos after opening the shipment. The outside wrapping was still in good shape, and the rolls were clean and dry. They could move them directly to the field without any extra cleaning.

The customer told us they were happy with the delivery and the condition of the goods. The weed mat will be laid step by step as the planting work continues. We will keep following this project and hope to share more photos after everything is finished.
