195g Woven Film for our Connected Barn Project

Because a connected barn has a massive roof area with curved steel frames, standard-size film rolls will not work. Our workshop team used our wide-width heat welding equipment to seam the panels together. During this process, the operators manually inspected every single welding line to ensure the seams are completely sealed against heavy rain and high winds. After welding, the finished film was flat-folded, tension-strapped, and secured on heavy-duty pallets to prevent any friction damage during the long ocean transit. The farm team can unroll and install it immediately upon arrival.
Cattle environments naturally create high humidity and ammonia vapor from the livestock, meaning standard clear PE film degrades or tears too quickly. Our 195g material uses a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven scrim base coated on both sides with a solid waterproof layer. This design gives it the tensile strength to handle heavy snow loads without sagging, while still letting in enough natural sunlight to warm the barn during winter. This natural light is critical because it helps dry out the bedding floor, which keeps the cattle healthier and reduces hoof disease.
If your layout requires specific panel sizes, custom roll lengths, or reinforced barn side curtains, you can send your exact barn blueprints or steel structure dimensions directly to our technical team. We will calculate the weight, welding points, and provide a direct factory quotation for your project.
