12m Wide Transparent Woven Film Completed Production and Shipment

After production, our workers checked the film rolls one by one, including the surface condition, width, length, and packing details. After inspection, the rolls were packed and loaded for shipment to the customer's project site.

This batch of woven film was customized according to the customer's requirements. Because of the 12m wide size, it can cover a larger area with fewer overlaps during installation.

12m Width Made by One-Piece Production

For wide woven film, stable production equipment is important because the fabric needs to keep even tension during weaving.

This order was produced by our wide weaving production line. The final width reached 12 meters, and the whole roll was made in one piece without connecting several pieces together.

Compared with stitched products, one-piece woven film can reduce problems caused by seams during long-term outdoor use.

The complete structure also helps the film keep stable strength during pulling and installation.

130g/m² Woven Film for Light and Outdoor Use

The customer selected 130g/m² for this order. This weight provides a good balance between strength and light transmission.

The transparent surface allows light to pass through, which is suitable for applications where visibility and natural light are needed.

The material contains UV-resistant additives, helping the film keep its performance during outdoor use. It can be used in environments with sunlight, wind, and rain.

Packing Before Shipment

Before loading, each roll was wrapped with protective plastic film. The 100m long rolls were packed carefully to avoid damage during transportation.

After packing, the rolls were fixed with green packing straps and placed on pallets for easier loading and unloading.

The products have now been shipped to the customer. We will continue to focus on production details, product quality, and customized service for different agricultural and industrial applications.
